Exhibit at İstanbul Golf Festival

During the festival, we will have golf tournaments for pro ladies / men, mini golf tournaments for the major companies from Turkey, musical shows, special ice bars, some sectoral privilege shows and mayor companies mostly from Turkey and abroad, to make their shows to the visitors. Also we will invite some famous golfers, golf federations & magazines from European Countries.

PRIVILEGE SHOW AREA International Golf Festival will be the enjoyable and the biggest golf event at Turkey, that festival will have more than 1500 golfers mostly from Turkey & abroad will play togetger. Description of the booth spaces :

• Please add to all prices 18 % V.A.T. charge

The above rates are not included :

• Cost for your own decoration & carrying in / out of the goods and equipments will be at your own expenses
• Cost for more than 100/W electrical power
• Rental for table & chairs

Payment conditions                          :

Payments will be done by exhibitor only by bank tranfers due to in one / two parts. After receiving the application forms & bank transfers, Demos Ltd. Şti will prepare and send the invoice. And The Azalea Group Commision ratio will be paid, after having the 1st payment / all the total of agreement from the exhibitor.

Cancellation Policy                          :

Cancellation between December 2008 / 15 March 2009, we will charge 30 % of the total application fee, cancellation after 15th March 2009, we will charge 100 % of the agreement fee.
